Do you remember the time when everything was for Non-Superstars? Now it's again. Non-Superstars can sell in Starbazaar and buy anything in Starplaza/Starbazaar/Suite Shop.
Of course, to don't make Superstar feel bad Stardoll made they can earn 50 starcoins and get even more rooms. They also can buy items from "special" sales. Superstars may exchange starcoins whenever they want but there's a limit - 350 starcoins. I think it will be changed.
