If you're from US - just log into Stardoll... TV will be in your suite, but for lipgloss click here.
If you aren't from there - use proxy like: http://dontfilter.us/ or http://americanproxy.org/. Paste into the bar 'stardoll.com' and click 'Go' or something like it. Now you have TV, but change URL if you want to get lipgloss... http://www.stardoll.com/en/campaigns/sharpay_us/
Now log off and leave proxy.
