If you're polish click here and enter to contest.
If you aren't polish - use proxy pages like: ukryj.info. (It should work there) and in blank bar write: http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=988. Log in and change proxy URL - http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=988. Log off and close proxy.
Trick: If you want get more free polish items don't close proxy but go to contests. :)
