If you aren't from Germany - use proxy like: http://www.4proxy.de/ or http://www.german-proxy.de/
In the bar paste this: http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=1079... Then click 'go'... Log in, change URL as: http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/finish.php?id=1079 and leave proxy.
Don't forget: change password when you was use proxy, maybe you don't know but owner of proxy page see the all your passwords etc. You could wait for it because it always in bazaar at 2 sd...
