If you aren't from UK use proxy like: goproxing.com and in the bar paste this: http://www.stardoll.com/en/cinema/?id=241 and click 'go' or something like it. Log in. Then log off :P Cape will be in your suite in giftbox ;]
Don't forget: change password when you was use proxy, maybe you don't know but owner of proxy page see all your passwords, emails, etc. You could wait for it because it always in bazaar at 2 sd...
